During the working week (Monday to Friday) we aim to dispatch all orders via both electronic and physical delivery within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
All UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Deliveries to other EU countries and the rest of the world are dispatched either via Royal Mail Air Sure or DHL Express.
All returns must be organised in advance or they will not be accepted.
Returning faulty goods
If your item is confirmed as faulty within 14 days, we’ll happily exchange it. In some instances we may put you in touch with the manufacturer but only if this is the quickest way to get you a replacement. After 14 days, if your item turns out to be faulty then we will refer you directly to the manufacturer.
Returning non-faulty goods
The return of goods in full working order for refund or credit is at our discretion within one month of the invoice date (your rights under the Consumer Credit Act will be taken into account). The item or items must be as new and in their original packaging. A re-stocking fee of between 10% and 50%, depending on the condition of the returned items, is applicable.
Returning Sealed Software
Returning any software, even if it’s sealed in its original box, is at our discretion and will depend entirely on the individual manufacturer’s policy. For example, some software will automatically allocate a non-returnable licence to the end user based on the purchase information, even if it is a boxed product.
Returning Software Delivered Electronically
As there’s no physical packaging, the licence is provided directly to you so has to be treated in the same way as an opened box. Unfortunately, we’re unable to take this back so please do double check you are purchasing the correct item.
